Started with a fire scare
Every year in Canada, approximately 2,900 home fires are caused by clothes dryers. Most are completely preventable with regular professional vent cleaning. We founded The Dryer Vent Cleaning Co. after learning this statistic firsthand — a family member's dryer vent nearly caused a fire.
That experience changed everything. We realized that most homeowners simply don't know their dryer vent is a fire hazard. They clean the lint trap after each load and assume they're safe. But lint accumulates deep inside the vent duct where no homeowner can reach — and that's where the danger lives.
