Service Agreement

By booking a service with The Dryer Vent Cleaning Co., you agree to these terms and authorize us to perform the services described at the agreed price.

Pricing

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude GST. Pricing is flat-rate as advertised. Additional services or repairs beyond the standard scope will be quoted before commencing.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with our service, contact us within 7 days and we'll return to address concerns at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with 24-hour notice at no charge. Late cancellations may incur a $25 fee.
